We are expecting OFSTED. Reviewing everything and getting prepared - meeting after meeting, making the most of LRC is our aim. Every detail matters for the college, we need to maintain our reputation.

There is another advisory course. Yet again I couldn’t get time off because obviously we must be ready for OFSTED’s visit.  I missed the course in two unfortunate occasions. Let’s wait for the right time.

I read somewhere that from OFSTED’s view, CILIP chartered member in every library or LRC would be considered as a credit. There is no doubt that qualified staff make the difference in service.

We are confident as a team. Let see, Fingers crossed.
