Since I started Chartership, reflective thinking is my principal. I make suggestions and provide reports on different issues. The whole point is to make LRC services more efficient, rapid and to maintain the quality. Hopefully it would add value to my portfolio.
Reflective thinking, writing about issues, discussing with managers, suggesting agenda items and discussing about the possibility to improve our service is part of my Chartership.
As a consequence of reflective thinking, seldomly new suggestions could be tricky as it might interfere with your colleague’s duty.  Thus, I try my best to stay professional in the workplace.
