Today, I booked a Chartership advisory course. Franko kowalczuk (London Support officer) was very helpful. To be honest I didn’t expect such a prompt, exact and detailed reply.  Unfortunately the advisory course day was same as tube strike day. Shortage of staff persuaded me to postpone the advisory course for later.To be honest,  my job should be my foremost priority.
