I should admit, it takes time for the process to sink and how we can fit it in our daily routine. I think discussing about Chartership at work is not a good idea but on the other hand lack of communication in the working place could be disappointing and discouraging as well.

Anyway I have to choose a mentor, prepare PPDP, negotiate for time off and fit it in my busy lifestyle. I can say it is quite tough and challenging.
